A sophisticated color palette and exposed timber offer a Northwest look on the exterior, while interior layouts reflect flexible, modern living with plenty of daylighting. Each of the eleven units boasts a private rooftop deck and two-car garage. The exterior’s dynamic stacked organization is unexpected, yet still blends harmoniously into the residential surroundings. Steep grading throughout the site required creative solutions to allow for at-grade entry and minimal stairs, while creating opportunities for landscaping and outdoor gathering areas.
