The design of Stadium Apartments captures the character of the historic Stadium neighborhood while offering modern aesthetics and amenities. Connections to the neighborhood and its history were expressed through exterior materials and interior environmental graphics. Design focus for this project was longevity and user experience, rather than trends.
Thoughtful touches include multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces for residents, a pet park, USB ports in units, and controlled refrigerated cold storage- a first in the area. The most dramatic space at Stadium Apartments is the top-floor social space. The space was designed for gathering and building community within the development and is equipped with heating, comfortable lounge furniture, TV, fireplaces, grills, and refrigerators. Studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units are offered, along with 2,260 sf of retail space and a 204 stall parking structure.
