Pioneer Crossing

Pioneer Crossing is a new retail development that will bring 86,000 SF of retail space to Puyallup, including grocery, quick-service restaurants, and service amenities. The site layout encourages pedestrian connections and transportation around the site, with clearly-marked walkways between buildings and a variety of outdoor seating options. BCRA provided architectural design for five buildings on the site, including Safeway, which is introducing a new, modernized look at this location. A landscape buffer enhances aesthetics, while structural soils on site will enhance the health of trees and serve as stormwater mitigation. Pioneer Crossing will open for tenants and shoppers in Fall 2019.
