BCRA was hired by UNICO Properties to complete design of a three-story medical office shell and core structure, with thirty car parking garage, for what is now known as Allenmore Medical Office, Building C. BCRA provided site planning for the existing medical office building as well as phasing for the site parking requirements on the campus. During design, the architects considered the shape and size of the column spacing for both medical and clinical usages to meet industry standards. Specific design considerations had to be taken for the design of the first floor to accommodate an imaging center. This was also one of the first buildings UNICO undertook with sustainability as a major goal of achievement. The building was designed to LEED standards and achieved LEED Silver Certification.
Overcoming the parking requirements of the zoning code was accomplished through the development of the new south parking lot. The new lot had to be large enough to serve as replacement of the stalls lost at the building construction location, while still remaining an asset after building was completed.

BCRA designed the 250 acre South
Kitsap Regional Park, which became
a first to pursue a Sustainable Sites
Initiative designation.
